Sarah has such an ambitious and inspiring creative vision for Brock Media, and I am delighted to be appointed her Head of Development and look forward to the great things we can achieve as a company.

I am passionate about nurturing talent to help them achieve their ambition of getting their ideas on screen. And for me it is all about making the development process an enjoyable one.

With a story producing background I love nothing more than getting in a room with a writer and encouraging them to feel supported and inspired to bounce their ideas around and unlock the show or film they have always wanted to create. I am constantly surprised and impressed by the exceptional quality of work our writers produce. I am so proud that I have been part of their development journey, helping their ideas grow and flourish.

A big part of my drive as Head of Development will also be welcoming new voices and their distinctive ideas to the company. Writers are the key to Brock Media’s success and that is why we offer an encouraging, respectful place for any new or established writer to thrive.
