Norman has been working in the film and TV industry since 1992 and was initially trained by Assets partnership where he gained invaluable experience as a production accountant eventually working on comedy shows for Avalon TV such as Frank Skinner, Harry Hill and Time Gentlemen Please shows.

After approximately 10 years as a production accountant Norman moved into more management roles as a freelance head of finance and management accountant for countless substantial production companies and currently provides such management accounting services to the TV sector reporting to all the major broadcasters.

Norman joined Brock Media in 2025.
